Instructions
Cheese Sauce
- Make white sauce mix
- 1 cup water add
- 1 bouillon cube until dissolved
- Add white sauce and water together
- Add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese and ½ teaspoon dry mustard
- Mix potatoes and cheese sauce together and place in a greased casserole
Topping
- ¼ cup grated cheese
- ¼ sup fresh bread crumbs
- Sprinkle topping over potato mixture
- Brown in preheated oven (325) for 30 minutes.
- Slide under broiler for 3 minutes
