diced, cooked
Instructions
Cheese Sauce
Make white sauce mix
1 cup water add
1 bouillon cube until dissolved
Add white sauce and water together
Add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese and ½ teaspoon dry mustard
Mix potatoes and cheese sauce together and place in a greased casserole
Topping
¼ cup grated cheese
¼ sup fresh bread crumbs
Sprinkle topping over potato mixture
Brown in preheated oven (325) for 30 minutes.
Slide under broiler for 3 minutes
