- 1 package yellow or white cake mix
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 2 oz envelope white topping mix
- 4 each eggs
- 1 cup water + 3 tablespoons

- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon water

Instructions
- Combine cake mix, flour, topping powder, eggs, and water and blend until moistened.
- Beat medium speed 4 minutes. Do not over beat
- Pour into greased and floured 10-inch cake pan
- Bake 375 about 50 minutes
- Cool 15 minutes, loosen side and remove. Sprinkle with powdered sugar first.
- Add 1 tablespoon lemon rind before mixing (not sure what recipe meant)
- Glaze cake while still warm
