Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine
- 2 cups packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 8 quarts popped corn - do not air pop

Instructions
- Melt margarine in 2-quart saucepan.
- Add brown sugar, salt, corn syrup, and water. Heat to boiling.
- Boil for 5 minutes, watching carefully so doesn’t boil over.
- Remove from heat to add soda.
- Stir well.
- Pour over popped corn, stir until well coated.
- Place on 2 cookie sheets and bake at 250 degrees, for 40 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
- Bake both batches at the same time. (upper and lower rack).
- Take off cookie sheets immediately after removing from oven.
