Ingredients

cup
margarine
2
cups
packed dark brown sugar
1/2
teaspoon
Salt
1/4
cup
light corn syrup
1/4
cup
water
1
teaspoon
baking soda
8
quarts
popped corn – do not air pop
Instructions
Melt margarine in 2-quart saucepan.
Add brown sugar, salt, corn syrup, and water. Heat to boiling.
Boil for 5 minutes, watching carefully so doesn’t boil over.
Remove from heat to add soda.
Stir well.
Pour over popped corn, stir until well coated.
Place on 2 cookie sheets and bake at 250 degrees, for 40 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
Bake both batches at the same time. (upper and lower rack).
Take off cookie sheets immediately after removing from oven.
