  • 3 3/4 quarts popped corn about 1/3 cup uncooked
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 t Salt
  • 1/2 t baking soda

  • 3 3/4 quarts popped corn about 1/3 cup uncooked
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 t Salt
  • 1/2 t baking soda
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 200 Degrees
  2. Divide popcorn on to 2 ungreased pans
  3. Heat sugar, butter, syrup, salt until bubbly around edges
  4. Cook 5 minutes medium heat
  5. Remove from heat
  6. Stir in soda until foamy.
  7. Stir onto corn until covered
  8. Bake 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes
