  • 1-1/2 cup sifted flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 ounce of baking chocolate
  • 1/2 cup melted shortening
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
  1. Sift flour, salt, and baking powder together.
  2. Melt chocolate and shortening.
  3. Add sugar, milk, and vanilla.
  4. Add flour, let stand 10 minutes
  5. Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheet
  6. Bake at 350 degrees 12 to 15 minutes.
