Ingredients
- 1 TBSP sugar
- 1 package yeast Put in warm water to dissolve
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 3 eggs
1 Tsp salt
- 4 cups flour
- 1 cup Milk
- Handful Raisins
- butter melted
- cinnamon
- sugar

Instructions
- Make yeast mixture from
- 1 TBSP sugar
- 1 package yeast
- Put in warm water to dissolve
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 3 eggs
- Add to the yeast mixture
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 cups flour alternately with 1 cup milk
- Handful raisins in the dough.
- Melted Butter
- Cinnamon
- Sugar
- Make at night and let rise.
- Roll out and spread with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
- Roll the dough up. Place on round pan and seal ends.
- Use scissors, dipped in warm water and snip the dough about 3/4 through. With fingers gently pull the cut pieces outward.
- Let Rise about 1 hour.
- Bake 350 until brown
- Spread with the powdered sugar icing.
