Ingredients
  • 2cup flour
  • 1Tablespoon Ginger
  • 2teaspoons soda
  • 1teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4cup shortening
  • 1cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4cup molasses
  • Granulated sugar to roll dough in
Instructions
  1. Cream sugar and shortening.
  2. Beat in eggs and molasses.
  3. Add dry ingredients.
  4. Roll into balls, dip in sugar.
  5. Bake on ungreased pan 350 degrees 12 to 15 minutes
