Ingredients
- 2 each eggs
- ¼ cup cornmeal
- 2 cans cream style corn
- 2 cups grated cheese
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ¼ cup butter melted
- 2 small cans Hatch green chilies or fresh whole

Instructions
- Beat eggs slightly
- Add corn meal, cream style corn, garlic, melted butter and salt and pepper
- Combine by hand until well blended
- Using a 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish, alternate layers of mixture, cheese, chilies
- Top with Cheese
- Bake 350 for 35 minutes
- Let stand for a few minutes
