Ingredients
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup chopped dates

Instructions
- Beat egg whites until stiff, add salt.
- Add sifted sugar (very slowly)
- Add vanilla
- Fold in nuts and dates.
- Place on lightly buttered cookie sheet (drop from the tip of a spoon.)
- Bake at 275 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Remove from pan while hot.
