Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cup flour
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 4 cup thinly sliced cooking apples
- 1/2 cup nuts
- Frosting
- 2 small packages cream cheese
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- chopped nuts

Instructions
- Beat eggs until foamy
- Add oil, sugar, vanilla and dry ingredients (mixed together) Batter will be very thick
- Add apples and nuts
- Place in greased and floured 9-inch x 13-inch pan.
- Bake 350 for 45 to 50 minutes
- Frost with cream cheese frosting. Sprinkle top with chopped nuts.
