thinly sliced cooking apples

nuts
Frosting

small packages cream cheese

butter

vanilla

powdered sugar
chopped nuts
Instructions
Beat eggs until foamy
Add oil, sugar, vanilla and dry ingredients (mixed together) Batter will be very thick
Add apples and nuts
Place in greased and floured 9-inch x 13-inch pan.
Bake 350 for 45 to 50 minutes
Frost with cream cheese frosting. Sprinkle top with chopped nuts.
