- Small pieces of pork rolled in flour
- Fry pork in Crisco oil in a Dutch oven
- Add onion and garlic
- Minced onion
- Garlic
- Cut up roasted green chilis skinned
- Canned tomatoes (squished)
- Garlic
- Lots of salt
- Simmer with fired pork
