can red pitted cherries
Juice of 3 lemons
Juice of 3 oranges

cup
sliced citron peel

cinnamon

cloves

pint
vinegar
salt to taste
Instructions
Cook ground meat in small amount of water until tender.
Add remaining ingredients and cook in a large kettle, 1 hour very slowly.

This may be canned in fruit jars or stored in an earthen crock.
