Meringue
Ingredients
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/4t cream of tarter
  • 6T sugar
  • 1/2t vanilla
Instructions
  1. Beat egg whites and cream of tarter until foamy
  2. Beat in sugar, 1 Tablespoon at a time
  3. Continue beating until stiff and glossy
  4. Beat in vanilla
  5. Cover pie and brown in 350 degree oven
