- Mix the sugar, flour, and salt.
- Add the beaten eggs and stir until smooth
- Add the scalding milk gradually stirring until smooth and thick.
- Cook for 5 minutes
- Add vanilla and cool before freezing.
- Add the cream to the custard mix thoroughly and freeze.
