Instructions
Mix the sugar, flour, and salt.
Add the beaten eggs and stir until smooth
Add the scalding milk gradually stirring until smooth and thick.
Cook for 5 minutes
Add vanilla and cool before freezing.
Add the cream to the custard mix thoroughly and freeze.
