Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup cooked rice or ½uncooked
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cup Milk

Instructions
- Separate whites and yolks of eggs.
- Add to yolk 2 tablespoons of milk.
- Place the rest of the milk in double boiler.
- Wash raisins, add to hot milk and cook 15 minutes until soft.
- Add rice, cook 5 minutes longer, then
- stir in egg yolks, salt, sugar, and spice.
- Stir well, cook 2 or 3 minutes,
- remove from fire and pour into baking dish.
- Beat whites of eggs, add powdered sugar, spread meringue on top and brown (serves 6)
