Ingredients

cooked rice
or ½uncooked

eggs

raisins

tablespoon
powdered sugar

teaspoon
cinnamon

teaspoon
Salt

Milk
Instructions
Separate whites and yolks of eggs.
Add to yolk 2 tablespoons of milk.
Place the rest of the milk in double boiler.
Wash raisins, add to hot milk and cook 15 minutes until soft.
Add rice, cook 5 minutes longer, then
stir in egg yolks, salt, sugar, and spice.
Stir well, cook 2 or 3 minutes,
remove from fire and pour into baking dish.
Beat whites of eggs, add powdered sugar, spread meringue on top and brown (serves 6)
