can French Style green beans

butter

flour

Salt

Pepper

sugar
1/2

grated onion

cup
sour cream
1/4
lb
swiss cheese grated
Instructions
Heat green beans and drain.
Melt butter, blend in flour, salt, and pepper, sugar, and onion.
Add sour cream gradually and cook, stirring constantly until thickened.
Fold in beans
Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole
Grate cheese and sprinkle on top.
Place under broiler for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
