  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 2 cup grated course grated zucchini
  • 1 cup nuts

Instructions
  1. Combine first 4 ingredients
  2. Add dry ingredients and mix.
  3. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans
  4. Bake 350 for 1 hour
  5. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar
